A leading automotive dealership in Singapore is seeking an Administrative Support Specialist to assist in used car transactions. The ideal candidate will have at least one year of experience in administration, preferably in the automotive industry. Strong proficiency in MS Office and attention to detail are essential for success in this fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Minimum GCE 'O' Level qualification.
  • At least 1 year of administrative experience.
  • Experience with insurance or loan documents is advantageous.

Responsibilities

  • Support daily admin work for used car transactions.
  • Handle sales agreements, insurance & LTA matters.
  • Assist with loan and document processing.

Location: Queenstowns
Mon–Fri: 9AM–6PM

Alt Sat: 9AM–1PM ( 5.25 Days/Week)

Job Scope:

  • Support daily admin work for used car transactions
  • Handle sales agreements, insurance & LTA matters
  • Liaise with finance companies & sales consultants
  • Update car inventory & internal records
  • Assist with loan and document processing

Requirement:

  • Min. GCE ‘O’ Level
  • At least 1 year of admin experience (automotive experience is highly advantages)
  • Proficient in Ms office (Words, Excel, Powerpoint)
  • Experience with LTA, insurance, or loan docs is highly advantages
