  • Provide full-spectrum admin and logistics support for internal operations.
  • Assist in planning and coordination of events.
  • Maintain donor records and track engagement interests.
  • Liaise with internal teams and external stakeholders.
  • Handle procurement and vendor communication.
  • Manage backend support including emails and newsletters.
  • Support digital content planning and social media.
  • Draft updates and reports.

Job description

Location: Kent Ridge

Duration: 2-year contract, convertible to permanent
Working Hours: Mon–Thurs: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM, Fri: 8:30 AM – 5:30 PM
Salary: $2,200 – $2,500/month (commensurate with experience)

About the Role:
Be part of a purpose-driven team supporting a high-profile office that engages with council members driving philanthropic and academic initiatives. This is a dynamic and well-rounded admin role with opportunities to grow across events, communications, and stakeholder engagement—perfect for candidates who thrive in a collaborative and impactful environment.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide full-spectrum admin and logistics support for internal operations and donor engagement activities
  • Assist in planning and coordination of events—preparation, on-site execution, and post-event follow-up
  • Maintain donor records and track engagement interests (e.g., medicine, life sciences)
  • Liaise with internal teams, council members, and external stakeholders
  • Handle procurement, vendor communication, and purchase requisitions
  • Manage backend support including email inboxes, website updates, newsletters, and communications
  • Support digital content planning and social media (depending on experience)
  • Draft updates and reports, assist with donor communications and newsletter creation
  • Opportunity to take on more marketing and comms duties depending on your strengths

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in any discipline
  • Min 1 years of experience in admin, events, or communications preferred
  • Strong organisational and coordination skills
  • Confident communicator, proactive and detail-oriented
  • Comfortable with Microsoft Office; knowledge of web CMS or social tools is a plus
