A leading company in Singapore is seeking an Admin Officer to handle various administrative tasks and support used car sales operations. This role involves coordinating vehicle movements, maintaining records, and ensuring data accuracy. Ideal candidates are preferred to have 'O' levels and relevant sales experience. This is a full-time position with structured working hours, offering a salary range of $2400 - $2800 monthly.

Job description

Admin Officer

Basic Salary: $2400 - $2800

Working Hours: 9am - 6pm (Mon to Fri), 9am - 1pm (Alt Sat)

Location: Redhill

Job Scope:

  • Assist in daily administrative tasks to improve departmental efficiency and service quality.
  • Support inventory control and ensure timely, high-quality service delivery; follow up on any service issues promptly.
  • Apply best practices in used car purchases, sales, and trades.
  • Handle administrative support for used car sales and car leasing, including preparing quotations, agreements, reports, and other documents.
  • Coordinate vehicle movements and maintain accurate records in the system.
  • Monitor and follow up on documentation, billing, outstanding payments, expenses, and reminders.
  • Track and update business data related to buying, selling, trading, collections, service schedules, road tax, and insurance.
  • Maintain proper filing systems and prepare duty rosters.
  • Liaise with internal departments on used car and car trade matters.
  • Ensure data accuracy in the car management system.
  • Prepare regular administrative reports for management.
  • Continuously seek ways to improve processes and professional development.
  • Support teamwork across departments and carry out other tasks as assigned by management.

Requirements:

  • Minimum of ‘O’ levels and above preferred.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office would be an added advantage
  • Preferably with at least 2 years of experience as a Sales Admin Officer in the automotive industry or related field.
  • Good communication skill, meticulous and hardworking.
