A growing company is seeking entry-level candidates for a customer service/admin role based in Singapore. You'll interact with customers, handle inquiries, and assist with administrative tasks. Training will be provided, making it an ideal opportunity for those looking to gain experience.
Summary:
Basic salary from $2000 to $2800 (Based on Experiences)

Job Scope:
Interact with customers via phone and email, providing accurate and helpful information
Handle customer inquiries, resolve issues, and manage feedback or complaints effectively
Maintain operational records and perform daily administrative duties
Assist in billing, payment processing, and managing customer accounts
Support additional administrative tasks as assigned by the supervisor
Job Requirements:
Candidates with Admin / Customer Service / Receptionist or ANY other related experiences are welcome to apply
