The position involves managing vendors, processing orders, and providing after-sales support. Candidates should possess a diploma, strong analytical and communication skills, and be proficient in Excel. This opportunity promises a dynamic environment fostering teamwork and independent work.
Purchasing
· Management of quotations.
· Issuance and tracking of purchase order.
· Processing of vendor invoices
After Sales Support
· Customer and vendor registration
· Issuance of invoices/Sales Orders.
· Tracking of payment made.
· Management of account receivables.
· Shipping and mailing arrangement.
· Follow up on customers and /or vendors enquiries and requests via email.
Assets management
· Conduct cycle counts for on-hand stock and Fixed assets.
Administrative Support
· Hotel Booking and travel arrangement.
· Render support to Marketing Department.
Data Management
· Update and manage day to day transactions.
· Updating and management of customers & vendors information.
· Identify underperforming segments and recommend solutions for improving performance / quality.
· Conduct continuous improvement of Sales activities.
· Liaison with internal stakeholders to ensure smooth business operation.
Requirement
· Minimum Diploma holder
· Possess strong communication and interpersonal skill
· Strong analytical and problem-solving skill
· Good proficiency in Excel skill and technology savvy.
· Able to work independently as well as within a team.
