Roles & Responsibilities

Job Title: Admin Officer

Reports to: Manager or Designated Officer

Job Description: We are looking for part time Admin Officer. The Admin Officer will be responsible for providing administrative support to ensure the efficient operation of the RAS. Working hours is 16 hours per week.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Record Keeping: Assist in maintaining records, including reports, inventories, requisitions, etc., necessary for the operation of RAS.
  • Mail Processing: Process incoming emails and assist in the preparation of reports and correspondences using the database and Microsoft Word.
  • Invoice and Payment Processing: Prepare Payment Vouchers, issue Receipts, process payments and file accounting documents and records.
  • File and Record Maintenance: Maintain files and records per established rules, laws, and regulations.
  • Clerical Duties: Perform clerical duties as assigned and/or as needed.

Required Qualifications:

  • Education: Undergraduate / graduate in any related field are welcome to apply.
  • Experience: experience as an administrative executive or similar roles
  • Technical Skills: Proficiency in MS Office
  • Excellent communications and interpersonal skills
  • Strong independent working ability, keen to learn and adapt to new technologies, with a positive learning attitude
