Job Description
Organize and schedule meetings and events to ensure smooth company operations.
Source and coordinate with suppliers for company events, including catering and gift items.
Plan and organize trainings for in-house contractors, such as Occupational First Aid Training and Physiological First Aid.
Manage the Training Management System Software for in-house training, including registration, invoicing, and payment collection.
Handle Accounts Payables and Receivables, along with other banking transactions.
Perform monthly bank reconciliations to maintain accurate financial records.
Assist with the annual audit process and ensure timely tax filing.
Support safety activities by uploading monthly observation data sheets.
Manage Work Site Pass updating for renewal.
Submit the monthly cash flow report to respective work site.
Requirements:
Able to work in Jurong Island as and when required (Transport provided)
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Accounting, or a related field.
Able to commence immediately or short notice period is preferred.
