Key Duties:

  • School Admissions: Ensure the smooth processing of applications; manage the maintenance and security of Admissions records and documents.
  • Welcoming parents/ visitors, answering their queries about school and directing them to the relevant office/personnel if additional information needed
  • Carrying out school reception duties such as answering phone calls, responding to emails, and preparing documents, including office correspondence.
  • Coordinating and managing appointments, meetings, and the conference room schedule in order to prevent duplicate bookings.
  • Maintaining general office files, including job files, vendor files, and other files related to the company’s operations including AR follow ups.
  • Purchasing office supplies, equipment, and furniture.
  • Overseeing the maintenance of office facilities, and equipment.
  • Performing other relevant duties when needed.

JOB REQUIREMENTS

  • Degree with 3-5 years of working experience working experience as Admissions executive/ manager in international school in Singapore.
  • Familiar with the elementary and secondary education industry

  • Responsible and committed team player with strong coordination skills
