About the role
STAR 360' is seeking a highly organised and efficient Admin Manager /Personal Assistant to provide vital administrative support to our team.
What you'll be doing
Providing comprehensive administrative support to senior executives, including managing calendars and handling correspondence.
Manage and coordinate the GCEO’s schedule, including meetings, appointments, and travel arrangements, including flights, accommodation, visas, and itineraries for the GCEO and other executives/staff.
Handle sensitive and confidential information with the utmost discretion and integrity.
Overseeing office operations, liaising with external service providers
Assisting with the preparation of presentations, reports, and other documents
Coordinating and arranging team meetings with external counterparts
Handling a variety of ad-hoc tasks and projects as required
Administrative Support
Maintain and manage office documentation, filing systems, and records.
Process expense claims, invoices, and various administrative paperwork accurately and on time.
Liaise with IT and facilities teams to ensure proper office maintenance and timely technical support.
Office Management
Oversee daily office operations, including answering calls and emails, preparing documents, and handling general administrative tasks.
Manage inventory of office supplies, ensure maintenance of equipment, and handle relationships with external vendors.
Organize and support office functions, including meetings, team activities, and internal events.
Willing to serve beverages to external parties for attending in house meeting
What we're looking for
Qualifications & Skills Required:
Diploma or Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
Minimum of 2-3 years of relevant experience in a similar role.
Strong organizational and time management skills, with the ability to multitask effectively.
Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint) and other office management tools.
Ability to perform well under pressure in a dynamic and fast-paced environment.
High level of professionalism, confidentiality, and discretion.
Proactive with strong problem-solving and initiative-taking abilities.
Possession of a valid Class 3 driving license (preferred).
Bilingual in English and Mandarin, to effectively communicate with overseas counterparts.
