Job description

Position : Admin Manager

Location: Toa Payoh (Toa Payoh Seu Teck Sean Tong)

Reporting To: Honorary Secretary

Responsibilities:

§ Assist in the planning, management and day-to-day smooth running of Sean Tong’s daily operations.

§ Work in conjunction with Operations Manager to plan and ensure that Sean Tong’s annual and ad-hoc events are carried out smoothly and efficiently.

§ Lead in procurement process including negotiations with vendors and suppliers.

§ Lead in HR related matters including recruitment, leave management, staff rotation scheduling.

§ Ensure that mandatory statutory compliances are met and reports are submitted on time, where applicable.

§ Taking minutes of meeting, preparing correspondences with all stakeholders etc. in both English and Chinese.

§ Assist in ad-hoc and other duties when assigned.

Requirements:

§ Candidate must possess at least a Diploma qualification.

§ At least 3 years of relevant working experience.

§ Experience in using Microsoft office suite.

§ Able to multi-task and work independently as well as in a team.

§ Able to speak and write English and Chinese.

§ Good interpersonal and communications skills.

§ Comfortable working in a Temple (Sean Tong) environment.

§ 5 ½ days work week (9am to 5pm on weekdays)
