Job Summary:
The Admin Manager oversees the daily administrative operations of the organization, ensuring smooth processes and efficient workflows. This role involves managing administrative staff, implementing effective office procedures, and liaising with other departments to align operations with organizational goals.


Key Responsibilities:
  • Administrative Oversight:
    Supervise daily office operations and administrative staff.
    Implement and enforce office policies and procedures.
  • Records Management:
    Maintain and oversee accurate records of correspondence, reports, and internal documentation.
    Ensure compliance with regulatory and organizational guidelines for document retention.
  • Coordination and Communication:
    Act as the primary point of contact for internal and external stakeholders regarding administrative matters.
    Coordinate interdepartmental activities to streamline processes.
  • Resource Allocation:
    Manage office supplies and procurement activities.
    Oversee resource distribution to ensure operational efficiency.
  • Event and Schedule Management:

Job Requirements:
  • Educational Background:
    Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Management, or a related field.
  • Experience:
    Fresh graduates are encouraged to apply, but prior internship or part-time work experience in administration or a related field is advantageous.
    Candidates with 1-2 years of experience in an administrative role will be prioritized.
