Job Description:
Managed office operations
- Manage office facilities to ensure smooth day-to-day operations.
- Manage stationeries, office equipment (Photocopier, etc )
- Managed corporate calendar, travel, and expense claims.
- Managed office rental, company employee's accomodation rental.
- Coordinate catering services for meetings and events
- Supported travel and office supply logistics.
- Enhanced internal communication via structured phone extension management.
- Coordinated corporate events and internal communications.
- Organize all incoming and outgoing correspondences
- Desktop and Laptop hardware support
- Common application support on user’s workstation (Microsoft Office 365, FortiClient VPN, Antivirus, Adobe Acrobat, compression software)
- 1st Level network support such as wireless and VoIP phone support
- Setup and prepare new workstation for users
Requirements:
- Diploma or Certificate in Business Administration, Office Management, or equivalent.
- 2–3years of experience in admin and office support.
- Able to work independently with minimal supervision
- Candidates should be familiar with Desktop and Laptop hardware support and Microsoft office setup
