Job description

An administrative and marketing intern handles clerical support, social media management, and campaign coordination. This role bridges office operations with creative marketing projects to help businesses run smoothly.

Administrative Responsibilities

• Manage and update company databases and customer relationship management (CRM) systems.
• Organize files, schedule meetings, and handle daily office correspondence.
• Track marketing budgets, process invoices, and maintain inventory supplies.

Marketing Responsibilities

• Assist in planning, creating, and scheduling social media content across platforms.
• Conduct competitor research and compile data on marketing campaign performance.
• Prepare slide decks, promotional presentations, and marketing collateral.
• Help coordinate corporate events, webinars, or promotional logistics.

Requirements and Skills

• Current student or recent graduate in Business, Marketing, Communications, or related fields.
• Strong working knowledge of Microsoft Office or Google Workspace.
