About the role

Capajet Pte Ltd is seeking an experience and detail-oriented Admin & HR Executive to join our growing team. This full-time position is based in the Ubi Avenue East Region and will play a vital role in supporting the administrative and human resources functions of our organization.

What you'll be doing

  • Manage general administrative tasks such as Data Entry, maintaining filing system , and handling correspondence

  • Assist with HR processes including onboarding, payroll, and benefits administration

  • Coordinating office supplies, equipment and facilities management

  • Supporting the HR team in implementing policies and procedures and ensuring compliance with relevant regulation

  • Perform basic data entry and assist with invoicing using QuickBooks

  • Maintaining confidentiality and discretion when handling sensitive information

What we're looking for

  • 2-3 years of experience in an administrative or HR-related role

  • Excellent organizational and multitasking skills with keen attention to detail

  • Strong written and verbal communication skills

  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office suite, including Excel, Word, and Outlook

  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team

  • Knowledge of HR best practices and employment law is preferred
