Job summary

A manufacturing company in Singapore is seeking an HR Manager to build recruitment frameworks, manage employee relations, and ensure compliance with local labor laws. Key Responsibilities
  1. 1. Recruitment & Staffing
  2. 1.1 Build recruitment framework from scratch for factory set-up.
  3. 1.2 Manage recruitment channels, organize interviews and selection, and maintain a talent pool.
  4. 2. Employee Relations & Compliance
  5. 2.1 Handle employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and confirmation procedures.
  6. 2.2 Support in resolving employee relations issues and maintaining a positive work environment.
  7. 2.3 Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and regulations.
  8. 3. Compensation & Benefits
  9. 3.1 Assist in developing salary structure and benefits policies.
  10. 3.2 Manage payroll, CPF contributions, and statutory requirements.
  11. 4. Training & Development
  12. 4.1 Design and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and competencies.
  13. 4.2 Support in establishing performance management systems.
  14. 5. Government & Administrative Affairs
  15. 5.1 Assist with work pass (WP, S Pass, EP) applications and renewals.
  16. 5.2 Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with employment regulations.
  17. 6. Others
  18. 6.1 Support the Admin & HR Director in departmental management and ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications
  • Diploma’s degree or above in Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
  • Minimum 2 years of HR management experience; experience in manufacturing or factory start-up is preferred.
  • Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and manpower regulations.
  • Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
  • Fluent in English and Mandarin; able to communicate effectively in a multi-cultural workforce.
