Key Responsibilities
- 1. Recruitment & Staffing
- 1.1 Build recruitment framework from scratch for factory set-up.
- 1.2 Manage recruitment channels, organize interviews and selection, and maintain a talent pool.
- 2. Employee Relations & Compliance
- 2.1 Handle employment contracts, onboarding, offboarding, and confirmation procedures.
- 2.2 Support in resolving employee relations issues and maintaining a positive work environment.
- 2.3 Ensure compliance with Singapore labor laws and regulations.
- 3. Compensation & Benefits
- 3.1 Assist in developing salary structure and benefits policies.
- 3.2 Manage payroll, CPF contributions, and statutory requirements.
- 4. Training & Development
- 4.1 Design and implement employee training programs to enhance skills and competencies.
- 4.2 Support in establishing performance management systems.
- 5. Government & Administrative Affairs
- 5.1 Assist with work pass (WP, S Pass, EP) applications and renewals.
- 5.2 Liaise with government agencies to ensure compliance with employment regulations.
- 6. Others
- 6.1 Support the Admin & HR Director in departmental management and ad-hoc projects.
Qualifications
- Diploma’s degree or above in Human Resources, Management, or related fields.
- Minimum 2 years of HR management experience; experience in manufacturing or factory start-up is preferred.
- Strong knowledge of Singapore employment laws and manpower regulations.
- Excellent communication, organizational, and problem-solving skills.
- Fluent in English and Mandarin; able to communicate effectively in a multi-cultural workforce.
