Responsibilities:
- Responsibility for all administrative tasks.
- Sourcing and request quotation from supplier based on approved Purchase Request, issue purchase order to supplier and liaise with supplier on delivery.
- Matching and data entry of supplier’s invoices with supporting documents such as PO, DO or service report.
- Verify project team cash claim and supporting document before proceed for payment approval.
- Monitor and update record for company assets.
- Assist in staff recruitment, work permit application, training application and etc.
- Assist accountant with accounts receivables and payables, tracking of invoices and payments.
Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma Level and above.
- Min 2 to 3 years of working experience in related field.
