A leading company in engineering and construction is seeking an HR support professional to provide comprehensive administrative and HR support, manage employee records, and ensure legal compliance in Singapore. Ideal candidates will possess a Bachelor's degree in HR or related fields and have at least one year of relevant experience, along with strong analytical skills.
· Provide Administrative & HR support, including recruitment, staffing, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
· Maintain and ensure the accuracy of information in HRM systems and physical documents, such as payroll, employee records, leave, and claim entries.
· Manage employee records and administer employee benefits programs, including annual leave, medical, and insurance.
· Support administrative communications via email and phone calls, including coordination with overseas companies and secretarial duties.
· Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and monitor employment quotas.
· Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related fields.
· Preferably knowledgeable about the Singapore Employment Act.
· Preferably at least 1 year of administrative or HR work experience.
· Preferably experienced with Coretrade.
· Meticulous with strong analytical skills.
