Job Description

Handle both staff (white collar) and blue collar (construction workers).

  1. Responsible for the full spectrum of HR functions, including recruitment, orientation, leave & training administration, employee benefits, and other HR operations.
  2. Update HR database, prepare monthly reports, and complete authorities survey forms for submission.
  3. Provide support in all administrative functions.
  4. Assist in organizing company activities and participate in CSR events.
  5. Assist in HR initiatives, programs, and projects.
  6. Support the implementation of HR policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  7. Assist in receptionist duties as required.
  8. Perform any ad-hoc tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
