  • Support in general office administrative and ad hoc tasks
  • Process supplier invoices and coordinate timely payment
  • Full spectrum of payroll processing, including attendance tracking and maintenance of employee records
  • Assist with staff welfare and training coordination
  • Liaise with clients to schedule regular preventive maintenance, including coordination, preparation of documentation and quotations.
  • Assist in project costing
