A leading company in the field seeks an Administrative & HR support professional to assist with recruitment, employee management, and compliance with regulations. The ideal candidate will have relevant qualifications in Human Resources and experience in administrative roles, ensuring efficient HR operations.
· Provide Administrative & HR support, including recruitment, staffing, performance management, compensation, and benefits.
· Maintain and ensure the accuracy of information in the HRM system and physical documents such as payroll, employee records, leave, and claim entries.
· Manage employee records and administer employee benefits programs, including annual leave, medical, and insurance.
· Support administrative communications via email and phone, including interactions with overseas companies, and perform secretarial duties.
· Handle work pass applications, renewals, cancellations, and monitor employment quotas.
· Perform any other duties as assigned from time to time.
Requirements:
· Bachelor's Degree or Diploma in Human Resources or related fields.
· Preferably some knowledge of the Singapore Employment Act.
· Preferably at least 1 year of administrative or HR work experience.
· Preferably experience with Coretrade.
· Meticulous with strong analytical skills.
