Job description

Responsible for managing two types of employees (white-collar workers) and blue-collar workers (construction workers)

  • Responsible for the translation of documents for the construction site (both in Chinese and English).
  • Proficient in operating software such as Office, Excel, and PowerPoint.
  • Skilled in using AI tools to assist with work.
  • Can fluently translate between Chinese and English in meeting minutes.
  • Provide support in all administrative functions.
  • Assist with various initiatives, plans, and projects in human resources.
  • Provide support in the implementation of human resources policies, procedures, and guidelines.
  • Assist with the duties of a receptionist as required.
  • Undertake any temporary tasks assigned by the immediate supervisor.
