Job description

Job Responsibilities and Requirements
  • Minimum of 3 years’ experience handling full spectrum of administrative and accounting roles in a Chartered Accountant's office.
  • Excellent communication skills and ability to interact effectively with foreign workers.
  • Manage SME with a headcount of 50 to 100 employees.
  • Experience in applying, renewing, and canceling work permits, S Pass, and EP, including workers' repatriation.
  • Handle monthly payroll, including submission of CPF and FWL.
  • Prepare and submit annual income tax IR8A, NS claims, and other related documents.
  • Submit tax clearance documentation.
  • Maintain and update personnel data files.
  • Draft employment contracts.
  • Handle WICA insurance claims.
  • Coordinate dormitory and catering arrangements for workers.
  • Arrange enrollment in skilled courses for workers.
  • Coordinate with supervisors and prepare daily worker allocation schedules at the site.
  • Plan company annual events.
  • Provide administrative support as needed.
  • Manage road tax and vehicle insurance renewals.
  • Renew WMI & WICA insurance policies.
  • Handle submissions for government claims such as maternity and childcare leave.
  • Assist with government grant applications like the Career Support Programme and Worklife Grants.
  • Strong administrative support and organizational skills required.
  • Able to work independently, proactively, and within deadlines.
  • Willing to travel overseas frequently.
  • Willing to be stationed at Jurong Island as needed.
  • Adaptable to a foreign worker environment.
  • Flexible work hours if necessary.
  • Perform other ad hoc duties as assigned.
  • Must have knowledge in accounts and procurement processes.
