Our Coaches are dedicated to inspiring young children in communication and public speaking skills, so we need an energetic admin superstar to help with the important behind-the-scenes operations!

JOB SCOPEAs our Centre Executive, you’ll be the heart of our centre’s daily coordination and parent support efforts.
Your responsibilities include:
Parent and Student Support- Greet parents and students warmly when they arrive.
- Handle walk-in, phone, and email enquiries politely and efficiently.
- Assist parents in understanding trial class schedules, programme details, and class timings.
- Follow up on trial class experiences and assist with registration processes—no sales quotas!
Centre Coordination- Prepare classrooms with teaching materials and seating setups.
- Take daily attendance and assign classrooms to trainers and students.
- Support logistics for monthly presentations and showcase events.
- Keep common areas clean, neat, and welcoming.
Administrative Support- Maintain student records, schedules, and centre information.
- Update parents on class changes, school holiday timings, and other important announcements.
Other Responsibilities- Perform simple housekeeping tasks.
- Support ad hoc duties assigned by the Centre Supervisor to ensure smooth operations.
WHAT YOU’LL BRING TO THE ROLE:- Positive Attitude: A friendly and caring personality around children and families.
- Organisational Skills: Enjoyment in keeping logistics, files, and schedules well-managed.
- Communication Skills: Able to interact clearly and professionally with parents and team members.
- Tech Savviness: Proficiency with Microsoft Word, Excel, and basic digital tools.
- Bilingual Advantage: English and Chinese proficiency to support Mandarin-speaking parents.
- Willingness to Learn: Training provided if you are new to enrichment centre environments!
WORKING DAYS & HOURS- Saturday & Sunday: 8:30 AM – 6:00 PM
- Tuesday & Friday: 3:00 PM – 6:00 PM
- Slight adjustments may apply during school holidays or event days.
LOCATION- Novena area (near Novena MRT Station and bus services)
REMUNERATION- Hourly Rate: $12 – $15 per hour, depending on experience and skills.
- Training fully provided.
