Responsibilities

  • Front Desk & Reception: Greet visitors, manage check-in protocols, handle incoming deliveries, and maintain a professional reception area.
  • Office Operations (Two Locations): Support daily office activities, manage supplies and equipment, coordinate logistics for meetings and events, liaise with vendors, oversee housekeeping, and manage visitor passes.
  • Events & Staff Engagement: Assist in planning company events and coordinate with stakeholders and vendors.
  • Compliance & Safety Support: Maintain office certifications, assist with fire drills, and support audits and tenders.
  • HR & Onboarding: Prepare onboarding materials, manage inventory, and update the internal telephone directory.
  • Executive & Ad Hoc Support: Act as an Executive Assistant to the Managing Director, managing calendars, travel bookings, and administrative tasks.
