- Coordinate and facilitate the MOH Portable Subsidy admission process, ensuring compliance with regulatory requirements.
- Prepare, review, and verify bills, contracts, and administrative documents with a high level of accuracy.
- Monitor and track National Means Testing outcomes for subsidy residents, providing timely updates to relevant stakeholders.
- Supervise and ensure completeness of document collection for financial assistance applications.
- Draft and finalize social memos for outpatient financial assistance cases.
- Manage and resolve phone/email inquiries on social service matters, escalating complex cases when necessary.
- Maintain and update records, databases, and tracking systems for subsidies and Medifund claims, ensuring data integrity and confidentiality.
- Support process improvements by identifying gaps in administrative workflows and recommending enhancements.
- Collaborate with internal and external stakeholders to ensure efficient handling of subsidy and financial assistance processes.
Requirements:
