Company Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to support interior / furniture's showroom operations and sales team.

Responsibilities:

  • Provide administrative and clerical support to the indoor sales team and showroom operations.

  • Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or walk-in, and direct them to the appropriate sales personnel.

  • Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and related documents.

  • Maintain accurate records of customer orders, stock availability, and delivery schedules.

  • Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team on stock movement and deliveries.

  • Perform data entry and update customer and product information in the system.

  • Ensure the showroom is well-stocked with marketing materials, samples, and updated price lists.

  • Support ad-hoc administrative duties as required by the sales or management team.

Requirements:

  • GCE ‘O’ Level / Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.

  • At least 1 year of administrative or sales support experience; showroom or retail experience is an advantage.

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).

  • Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.

  • Good communication and interpersonal skills.

  • Team player with a service-oriented mindset.
