A leading company in interior and furniture showroom operations seeks a proactive Admin Executive. The role entails providing administrative support, handling customer inquiries, and coordinating with the sales and logistics teams. Ideal candidates should possess a diploma in Business Administration and have relevant experience to thrive in a dynamic environment.
Company Overview:
We are looking for a proactive and organized Admin Executive to support interior / furniture's showroom operations and sales team.
Responsibilities:
Provide administrative and clerical support to the indoor sales team and showroom operations.
Handle customer inquiries via phone, email, or walk-in, and direct them to the appropriate sales personnel.
Assist in preparing quotations, invoices, delivery orders, and related documents.
Maintain accurate records of customer orders, stock availability, and delivery schedules.
Coordinate with the warehouse and logistics team on stock movement and deliveries.
Perform data entry and update customer and product information in the system.
Ensure the showroom is well-stocked with marketing materials, samples, and updated price lists.
Support ad-hoc administrative duties as required by the sales or management team.
Requirements:
GCE ‘O’ Level / Nitec / Diploma in Business Administration or related field.
At least 1 year of administrative or sales support experience; showroom or retail experience is an advantage.
Proficient in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel, Outlook).
Organized, detail-oriented, and able to multitask in a fast-paced environment.
Good communication and interpersonal skills.
Team player with a service-oriented mindset.
