Prepare broking documents, including preparation of slips, quotations, endorsements, and other supporting documents for submission to reinsurers and cedants.
Prepare and generate settlements, cash calls notices, including subsequent updates, and follow up on collection per established process.
Booking of transactions into the internal broking administration system.
Any other tasks assigned by the Head of Department.
Requirement:
Knowledge of Accounting and Reinsurance Treaty will be an added advantage.
Attention to detail, ability to execute tasks in a timely manner and work in a fast-paced environment.
Strong written and verbal communication skills.
Polytechnic and/or University qualifications.
Proficient in M365, Excel, and Word applications.
