A leading healthcare provider is seeking a Project Coordinator to manage external client communications, project schedules, and billing reports. The ideal candidate will have strong problem-solving skills and experience coordinating with vendors. This role requires a minimum diploma and proficiency in MS Office, with a focus on efficient project execution.
Responsibilities:
Liaison with external clients and ensure the efficient and timely completion of assigned projects through clear communication via email and phone calls as needed.
Plan, coordinate, and distribute the monthly schedule to stakeholders and manpower agencies promptly to ensure smooth operations, while achieving stipulated KPI.
Coordinate and collaborate with external vendors/clients to ensure the timely provision of equipment, materials, and services essential for the assigned projects.
Accurately prepare and manage monthly billing reports within deadlines.
Effectively convey project requirements through clear verbal and written communication with employees and external vendors/clients.
Ensure all specifications are met accurately and consistently.
Demonstrate strong problem-solving abilities to address challenges and resolve inefficiencies for optimal project outcomes.
Efficiently manage multiple tasks and priorities simultaneously to meet project demands.
Establish realistic deadlines and develop strategies for daily, weekly, monthly, and quarterly progress.
Job Requirements
Minimum Diploma Levels and above.
Proficient in MS Office applications. (Word, Excel)
1 - 2 years of working experience.
Good reading and verbal communication skills to attend to email enquiries.
