YOUR NEW JOB

As an Admin Executive, you will provide essential administrative support to the Regional Human Resource Director and Regional Assistant Human Resource Manager in a newly established regional corporate office. This office supports 14 countries across the region and will house HR, Finance, and Legal.

This is a full-time, permanent position with a strict in-office schedule from 8:30 AM to 5:30 PM, Monday to Friday in Jurong East.

WHAT IS NEEDED FROM YOU
  • 3–5 years of relevant administrative experience in a professional office environment
  • Diploma qualification required
  • Ability to coordinate and schedule meetings, take minutes, and maintain proper records
  • Experience managing office supplies and supporting general office operations
  • Support preparation of reports, presentations, and ensure documentation compliance
  • Provide administrative assistance for HR processes and company policies
  • Willingness to assist with HR-related tasks as needed (approximately 20-30%)
  • Detail-oriented, organized, and able to support a lean, multi-functional team
WHAT WILL MAKE YOU STAND OUT
  • Experience working in a regional or multinational corporate setting
  • Previous exposure to HR functions or interest in growing in an HR support role
  • Comfort with working in Jurong East and thriving in a structured, HQ environment
