Admin Executive (North-East Asia Office)

This role will be responsible for providing comprehensive administrative and planning support to the NEA Office team.

Responsibilities
  • Manage administrative matters for the Regional CEO (NEA), Regional CFO (NEA), and the extended NEA team.
  • Handle expense claims, ensuring accuracy and timeliness.
  • Administer and process invoices for NEA.
  • Coordinate travel arrangements for the team.
  • Support regional activities and broader HR-related administrative tasks.
  • Assist RCEO and RCFO with regional matters.
  • Perform ad-hoc duties as assigned.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience in an administrative role supporting senior executives.
  • Strong organizational skills and ability to multitask.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and other office tools.
  • Mandarin proficiency for effective communication with Chinese stakeholders.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • High accuracy, reliability, and integrity in handling confidential information.
  • Ability to collaborate across departments and foster teamwork.
  • Ability to work efficiently in a fast-paced environment under pressure.
  • Educational qualification: GCE ‘A’ levels or Diploma in any discipline, preferably in HR or Business-related fields.
  • Prior HR experience is advantageous.
