Job description

We are seeking a detail-oriented and organized Admin Coordinator to enhance our Team's effectiveness in customer management.

Responsibilities:

  1. Assist Account Managers in various areas, including:
    1. Handling customer inquiries
    2. Preparing documents for tenders and quotations
    3. Creating job orders in the job management portals
    4. Collaborating with internal stakeholders to ensure order fulfilment and address customer inquiries
    5. Compiling and generating reports
  2. Attend customer meetings alongside Sales Managers when required
  3. Undertake any ad hoc tasks as assigned

Requirements:

  1. Diploma or above in a relevant field.
  2. Proficiency in Microsoft Office applications, with a particular emphasis on Microsoft Excel.
  3. Ability to work independently on assigned tasks with minimal supervision.
  4. Strong team player with excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  5. Ability to multitask and thrive in a fast-paced environment.
