Job description

Roles & Responsibilities

  1. Perform general administrative tasks.
  2. Recruitment:
  • Manage applications and renewals for work passes such as WP, SP, or EP.
  • Familiar with MOM’s WP/SP/EP process and guidelines.
  • Handle company recruitment, including posting on WSG job portals, engaging external recruitment agencies, and utilizing online job portals.
  • Compile job descriptions and requirements for vacant positions.
  • Prepare employment contract letters and other internal documents as required by authorities and directed by the Director.
  • Maintain HR systems.
  • Manage insurance, security bonds, and Primary Care Plans.
  • Oversee product certifications, training certificates, and renewals of corporate memberships and licenses.
  • Monitor and maintain computer hardware, software, systems, networks, printers, scanners, and telecommunications such as phone systems and Wi-Fi broadband; manage the company's website and domain.
  • Assist and guide office staff in system setup or issue resolution.
  • Provide support through procedural documentation and relevant reports.
  • Apply for relevant grants and awards.
  • Perform any ad-hoc tasks as instructed by the Director.
