Admin Executive (Corporate Insurance Claims)

Job Description:

Responsibilities

  1. Support general administrative tasks and daily operations to ensure smooth workflow.
  2. Maintain accurate and up-to-date records of service providers and clients in the system.
  3. Prepare, issue, and input data for invoices with precision and timeliness.
  4. Organize, manage, and maintain paperwork and documents related to claims and site progress, ensuring everything is properly filed.
  5. Monitor and follow up on work orders and progress reports, providing updates as needed.
  6. Assist in handling various formalities, including paperwork related to claims.
  7. Undertake any other duties or ad hoc tasks assigned by the supervisor to support team objectives.

Requirements:

  1. Minimum GCE O Level and above
  2. Possess at least 1 year of relevant experience
  3. Able to work independently and a good team player
  4. Able to multi-task and meet deadlines
