Job Description
· Attend to telephone calls, emails and walk-in enquiries
· Provide Administrative support and liaise with the parents, teachers, office staffs and regulatory bodies on enrolment and subsidy matters
· Prepare and mail out Giro applications
· Perform Health and routine check for children
· Maintain and update all office records and data entry
· Assist in ordering of stationaries, cooking ingredients and lesson resources.
· Foster good working relationship with children, parents and colleagues
· Assist in all administrative matters and ensure smooth daily operation of the centre
Job Requirements
· Minimum GCE “N/O” Levels
· Junior Executive/Executive Position
· Has initiative and able to multitask
· Excellent communication skills
· Proficient in MS Office software, such as Word, Excel and PowerPoint
· Able to work independently and a team player
· Prior admin experience is preferred
