The Mobile Support Team aims to bring mental health services to the community. Our beneficiaries include individuals with mental health conditions and their caregivers, whom we support through home visits and out-of-centre intervention sessions.
Key Responsibilities
Responsible for updating of clientele data and programme information and provide support for the centre's operational/outreach activities.
Data and Information Management
• Maintain and update clientele records and programme information
• Compile and collate data for management reporting
• Ensure accurate filing and proper maintenance of administrative records and office documentation
Outreach Support
• Assist in coordinating in-house and outreach activities/events
• Support outreach efforts at event booths
• Distribute outreach materials and maintain inventory
• Collect and consolidate feedback and evaluation forms
• Compile photos, feature articles, and relevant documentation for outreach activities
Administration and Reception
• Manage reception and front desk duties
• Provide administrative support to assigned COMIT and CREST programmes
• Accompany and assist vendors/contractors during maintenance or repair works as required
• Monitor and coordinate booking of meeting and counselling rooms
Requirements
• Minimum Diploma in any discipline
• Preferably with experience in both office administration and front desk duties, including strong telephone etiquette
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, especially Excel
• Independent, service-oriented, and a strong team player
• Excellent organisational and follow-up skills, with keen attention to detail
