Job description
  • West area (10 mins from MRT station)

  • 5 days office hours

  • Executive: up $3200
    Assistant Manager: up $4500

Job Responsibilities

  • Oversee and manage day-to-day administrative tasks to ensure smooth office operations

  • Handle documentation, filing, and data entry with a high level of accuracy

  • Prepare reports, presentations, and correspondence when needed

  • Liaise with internal teams and external vendors or stakeholders

  • Manage office supplies and coordinate maintenance of office equipment

  • Assist in organizing meetings, travel arrangements, and company events

  • Support HR and finance departments with basic administrative tasks

  • Maintain confidentiality and ensure compliance with company policies and procedures

  • Supervise junior admin staff (for Assistant Manager level)

Requirements:

  • Diploma or Degree in Business Administration or related field

  • Minimum 2 years’ experience in an administrative role; leadership experience is a plus for Assistant Manager level

  • Strong organizational, communication, and interpersonal skills

  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)

  • Ability to multitask, prioritize, and meet deadlines

  • Attention to detail and high level of accuracy

  • Knowledge of ISO and risk assessment (for Assistant Manager)
