What you'll be doing
Provide secretarial and administrative support to senior management or departmental heads
Organise and coordinate meetings, including scheduling, agenda preparation, and minute-taking
Handle internal and external correspondence and communication with professionalism and confidentiality
Maintain proper documentation, filing systems, and ensure records are up to date
Support daily operations including logistics, procurement requests, and expense processing
Assist in tracking project timelines, reports, and departmental deliverables
Coordinate with various internal departments and external stakeholders as required
Prepare reports, presentations, and meeting materials as needed
Support event planning or departmental activities when required
Perform other administrative duties as assigned
What we're looking for
Diploma in Health/ Business Administration or related studies
Strong organisational and time management skills with attention to detail.
Good written and verbal communication skills
Proficient in Microsoft Office applications (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, Outlook)
Able to maintain confidentiality and handle sensitive information
A proactive team player who is adaptable and resourceful
