Responsibilities:

  • Manage calendars, coordinate meetings, and organize travel arrangements for the Corporate Services team.
  • Draft reports and presentations, maintain filing systems, and serve as the main point of contact for inquiries and follow-ups.
  • Assist with planning corporate events and fundraising initiatives, manage office supplies, and coordinate vendor relationships.
  • Assist with onboarding new hires and handle project logistics to ensure smooth departmental operations.

Job Requirement:

  • Minimum Diploma in Business Administration or equivalent
  • Candidate with healthcare experience will be advantageous
  • A good team player, meticulous, service-oriented
  • Strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite
