Your role is pivotal in ensuring our representatives meet the fit and proper standards under the Representative Notification Framework (RNF). You will handle thorough checks, manage timelines effectively, and prepare essential documents for onboarding and offboarding processes. To be successful in this role, you should be someone who is proactive and has strong organisational skills!

WHAT YOU’LL DO

Be involved in the daily operations of the Distribution Support function such as:

  • Representatives resignation process
  • Reference check request
  • Handle audit requests related to fit and proper assessment
  • Regular review of the process to streamline and ensure relevancy
  • Any other projects or tasks as assigned

WHO YOU ARE

  • Degree or Diploma in any discipline
  • Experience in Microsoft Office (Word, Excel and Powerpoint)
