We are searching for a talented and motivated event executive with excellent multi-tasking abilities to coordinate and organize outstanding and unforgettable educational outreach events for our clients in the SE Asian food industry.
You will be responsible for assisting our dynamic team in every part of event preparations and office administration. Day-to-day responsibilities include:
Provide administration support to all departments such as:
Maintain and update the contact management system.
Conduct retail price checking.
Coordinate with travel agency to arrange flights for staff.
Make hotel room reservations directly with the hotels.
Assist in every part of program and event preparations, such as:
Sourcing for vendors, venues, travel, and logistics arrangements.
Arrange procurement of materials.
Arrange transport for staff and attendees.
Assist with event setup and tear-down.
Coordinate with chefs, restaurants, culinary institutions, and media.
Implement follow-up processes afterward.
Excellent communication, attention to detail, and multitasking skills are vital in this role, as our success depends on meeting our client's tailored requirements.
You should demonstrate a proven ability to successfully manage organizational resources, events, and people.
EXPERIENCE, KNOWLEDGE, SKILLS, and ABILITIES, which may be representative but not all-inclusive of those commonly associated with this position.
At least entry-level experience as an event coordinator.
Excellent multi-tasking and problem-solving abilities.
Demonstrate agility to take on various tasks if needed.
Resourceful with the ability to manage multiple projects, work independently, and show initiative.
Effective interpersonal and communication skills.
Ability to work in a team or be a team player.
