Summary:

Key Responsibilities:

• Answer incoming calls and respond to emails promptly

• Provide quick and accurate responses to customer enquiries

• Follow up on repair and replacement quotations

• Manage end-to-end customer orders including negotiation, closing, delivery, and payment collection

• Deliver excellent customer service during sales enquiries

• Call or text customers to confirm next-day appointments

• Inform clients promptly of any unforeseen delays or issues

• Schedule daily jobs for technicians and update all appointments in the system

• Prepare and follow up on air-conditioner maintenance contracts via email, phone, and SMS

• Achieve or exceed monthly quotas for scheduled and held appointments

• Assist the Service Department and perform ad-hoc duties assigned by the Service Manager

Job Requirements:

• Good communication skills and customer service orientation

• Willing to be on standby for overtime when needed
