  • 5-day Work Week: Monday to Friday 8.30am to 5.30pm

Our Client is a leading construction and engineering company, is seeking a dedicated and reliable Admin cum Purchasing Executive to join their team. This is a key support role based at our head office, with opportunities to contribute across both admin and purchasing functions in a dynamic project-based environment.

Job Responsibilities

Administrative Support

  • Manage day-to-day administrative tasks such as answering calls, handling mail/courier dispatches, receiving guests, and coordinating office supplies (stationery, pantry, uniforms, etc.)
  • Maintain overall office cleanliness and ensure smooth operation of office equipment (photocopiers, broadband, telephone system, computers, etc.)
  • Coordinate travel arrangements and hotel bookings for staff.
  • Liaise with IT support providers to resolve user-related technical issues.
  • Provide remote admin support to various site offices across Singapore.

Purchasing Functions

  • Review and verify supplier quotations before endorsement in the system.
  • Issue Purchase Orders (PO) and send them to vendors.
  • Check supplier invoices for accuracy and completeness before submitting for payment processing.
  • Assist in the preparation and documentation of sub-contract agreements.

What We’re Looking For

  • Mature, responsible, and able to work independently.
  • Prior experience in both administration and purchasing roles, especially in construction or engineering environments, is advantageous.
  • Strong attention to detail and excellent organizational skills.
  • Good communication skills and proficiency in basic office software (e.g. Microsoft Office).
