• Assistance in managing a full spectrum HR function including payroll processing
• Maintain employee records within the HR system & server, and ensure that they are accurate and up-to-date
• Work passes application, issuance, renewal and cancellation (work permit)
• Assist in workers’ onboarding and offboarding.
• Handle matters related to workers’ medical claims, insurance claims (WICA & Foreign worker insurance), leave applications.
• Assist in sourcing and enrolling workers in training programs & administration of employee training records.
• Update & keep track of daily workforce, ensure they clock in & out with accurate work site.
• Adjusting of HR system Time sheet (Info-tech)
• Maintain good documentation and filing system
• Able to liaise with foreign supervisor/workers
• Assist in prepare workers’ employment letters, KET, warning letters, etc.
• Assist in workers’ appraisal (info-tech/ manual) – yearly and/or before increment.
• Assist in prepare the reports required for back-charge and project costing.
• Assist in day-to-day operations and management of a dormitory
• Assist in workers’ dormitory check-in and check-out process, ensuring accurate records and smooth accommodation arrangements
• Monitors the briefing of house rules and regulations for newly registered workers
• Monitor and assist in meal catering and laundry matters
• Administrative duties for the department and dormitory
• Assistance in preparation of tender documents
• Provide general administrative and clerical support
• Other ad-hoc duties as assigned
• Knowledge of Employment Act.
• Able to perform payroll calculation.
• Proficient in Microsoft Office, Excel & PowerPoint.
• Knowledge in payroll software (Info-tech) will be advantageous.
• Candidate must possess a Professional Certificate/NiTEC, Diploma, Advanced/Higher/Graduate Diploma, Bachelor's Degree, Post Graduate Diploma, Professional Degree, any field.
• Min 1 years working experience preferred for this position.
