Job description

Job Summary: Responsible for providing support to the APAC Area HQ Finance Team

Job Scope:

Administrative support (70%):

  • Travel arrangement and expense claims management for APAC Finance Director, including but not limited to liaison with Corporate Travel Agent for complex travel reservations and bookings, visa application, etc.
  • Raise Purchase Orders in Sharepoint E-PO system, including coordination of quotes, vendor creation, 3PP process and associated procurement procedures as defined by Abbott Procurement Policy.
  • Coordination of APAC Area HQ Finance Team meetings and related event planning, including but not limited to meeting room booking, hotel/restaurant reservations, food orders and vendor liaison.
  • Sharepoint access maintenance and house-keeping.
  • Other administrative matters and other ad-hoc duties as assigned.

Finance support (30%):

  • Consolidation of Excel submissions for monthly actuals close and quarterly forecasting cycles; e.g. SG&A spend, balance sheet details, capital expenditure and various KPI metrics, etc.
  • Generate monthly financial reports e.g. SAP PULSE Sales report, SAP Fixed Asset Registers and SAP GL listings.
  • Monthly update of Power BI dashboards, Powerpoint reporting packages and Excel reporting templates.
  • Other finance related administration tasks as assigned, e.g. cost center creation and system update.

Requirements:

  • Diploma in Business or Finance with minimum 2 years of work experience.
  • Positive working attitude, detail-oriented, proactive and willing to learn.
  • Good organization and communication skills.
  • Understand importance of information confidentiality, be accountable and efficient.
  • Proficiency in Microsoft applications especially Sharepoint, Excel, Powerpoint, Outlook and Teams.
  • Prior exposure to SAP Concur, Power BI and SAP ECC preferred but not essential

Additional Information:

  • Salary: Up to S$4K + 1-month bonus
  • Contract duration: 12-month renewable and convertible
  • Commencement Date: Immediate
  • Working days and hours: Mon to Friday, 9am to 6pm
  • Location: Bugis, DUO Tower
