Job Description:
- Monitor and track labour charges for each project with accuracy.
- Prepare and process purchase requests in accordance with project needs.
- Coordinate with suppliers regarding quotations, invoices, and delivery schedules.
- Use the SAP system for inputting purchase requests (PR) and purchase orders (PO), and follow up on approval processes.
- Manage document control for the Railway division, including incoming and outgoing correspondence.
- Draft and prepare outgoing letters and related documentation.
- Provide general administrative support to engineers (e.g., stationery management, claims processing, internal functions).
- Assist with document submissions, ensuring timeliness and compliance with deadlines.
- Support the preparation of electrical drawings (e.g., room layouts, single-line diagrams) where required.
Job Requirements:
- Diploma or Degree in Electrical Engineering or a related discipline.
- Proficiency in AutoCAD and MicroStation is required; familiarity with BIM is an advantage but not essential.
- Preferably 4 years of experience working with medium voltage switchgear and transformers, though not mandatory.
- Experience in the railway industry is a plus.
- Resourceful and well-organized, with strong time management and problem-solving abilities.
- Able to work both independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment.
- Willing to work on weekends when necessary.
