A leading pest control company in Singapore is seeking candidates for administrative roles that include customer service and data management. The position offers a starting salary between $2,100 and $2,300, along with benefits like medical and dental coverage, extensive training, and a five-day work week.
Job Roles & Responsibilities:
Administrative work.
Ensure timely update of the relevant data into our company’s system.
To provide excellent customer service for all incoming enquiries.
Plan and coordinate service appointments as scheduled of per Clients’ requests.
Attend all training courses diligently, as may be required by the company from time to time.
Advise the company regarding feedback from Clients on ways and means of improving the company’s service to retain the Clients.
Perform other duties as may be reasonably required by the company from time to time.
We offer:
Starting basic salary of $2,100.00 - $2,300.00.
5-day work week.
14 days of Annual leave.
13th Month AWS.

Extensive training will be provided.
Your Qualifications:
Ability to work independently as well as part of a Team
Possess good interpersonal skills
Minimum educational qualification of N or O Level
Relevant Customer Service experience is preferred, but not necessary
Candidates who can start immediately or within a short notice period will have an added advantage.
