Established in 1973, our client specializes in the design and manufacture of high-quality power distribution and control systems for global customers. With a fully integrated in-house facility, they cover ranging from design, production, testing, and servicing.

Job Description

  1. Generate delivery orders and invoices.
  2. Answer phone calls and respond to sales inquiries via email or phone.
  3. Print, sort, and file delivery orders and tax invoices.
  4. Email tax invoices to customers.
  5. Issue debit and credit notes.
  6. Order office supplies like toner, A4 paper, and envelopes.
  7. Send monthly statements of accounts to customers.
  8. Arrange courier services when needed.
  9. Prepare invoices and packing lists.
  10. Submit monthly petty cash reports to accounts.
  11. Process purchase orders to vendors.
  12. Update and follow up on customer orders.
  13. Coordinate with customers regarding delivery methods and payment.
  14. Book flights and prepare travel requisitions for approval.
  15. Record cheques and submit vendor invoices to accounts.
  16. Manage absentee records using the INFO-Tech system.

Job Requirements

  1. At least O-level or ITE with admin experience.
  2. Strong communication skills: Ability to communicate clearly and effectively, both in writing and over the phone.
  3. Proficiency in Microsoft Office.
  4. Attention to detail.

Compensation

  1. 5-days work week: 8.15am to 5.45pm
  2. 14 days annual leave
  3. 14 days medical leave
  4. AWS (first year pro-rated)
  5. Variable bonus - depends on company & individual performance
