Job description

Job Responsibilities:

  • Process billing and other sales-related documents, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
  • Liaising with multiple departments to ensure timely billing
  • Proactively monitor pending orders and provide status updates to account supervisor.
  • Monthly Reconciliation for delivery order with logistic department.
  • Assist Sales supervisor on generating sales reports and analysis and contribute to streamline the processes.
  • Perform administration tasks and other duties as assigned.

Job Requirements:

  • Minimum Diploma in Accounting/ Administration, GCE O Level equivalent.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
  • Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
  • Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
  • Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn, with the ability to work independently.
  • Good Knowledge in Cloud Accounting system, Google Workspace and Microsoft office e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
