Job Responsibilities:
- Process billing and other sales-related documents, ensuring accuracy and efficiency.
- Liaising with multiple departments to ensure timely billing
- Proactively monitor pending orders and provide status updates to account supervisor.
- Monthly Reconciliation for delivery order with logistic department.
- Assist Sales supervisor on generating sales reports and analysis and contribute to streamline the processes.
- Perform administration tasks and other duties as assigned.
Job Requirements:
- Minimum Diploma in Accounting/ Administration, GCE O Level equivalent.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to build strong relationships with customers and internal stakeholders.
- Comfortable working in a dynamic and fast-paced working environment.
- Strong multi-tasking, prioritization, and time management skills.
- Self-motivated, energetic, and eager to learn, with the ability to work independently.
- Good Knowledge in Cloud Accounting system, Google Workspace and Microsoft office e.g. Microsoft Word, Excel and Power Point
