Overview

We are looking for a reliable and detail-oriented individual to join our team as an Admin cum Accounts Assistant. The ideal candidate will be responsible for assisting in daily warehouse inventory tasks, performing general administrative duties, and supporting basic accounting functions.

Responsibilities
  • Assist in checking, receiving, and recording warehouse stock and deliveries
  • Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct regular stock-takes
  • Coordinate with suppliers and internal departments regarding goods movement
  • Perform general administrative tasks such as filing, data entry, and document control
  • Managing day to day bookkeeping:data entry bank reconciliation, journal entries,and accounting schedules
  • Processing accounts payable and Receivable efficiently and accurately.
  • Preparing monthly financial reports, including profit and loss statements and balance sheets.
  • Generate reports for management review
  • Ensure all records are accurate and up-to-date
  • Other ad hoc duties as assigned
Requirements
  • At least 1 year of working experience in warehousing, administration, or accounting preferred
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office (especially Excel)
  • Able to handle multiple roles and work independently
  • Good communication and coordination skills
